Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or participating in Vision to Venture | Independent Path (the “Program”), offered by Willow End-of-Life Education and Planning (“Willow,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Overview
Vision to Venture | Independent Path is a self-paced business development program for death workers who want to build a clear, workable and sustainable business.
Your enrollment includes:
- The complete 10-module Vision to Venture curriculum
- Workbooks and supporting resources included with the curriculum
- Templates, transcripts and slide decks
- AI tools and prompts to help you develop and refine your work
- Lifetime access to the curriculum for as long as Willow continues to host and support Vision to Venture
The Independent Path is entirely self-paced. It does not include live cohort sessions, Willow Grove membership, group coaching, or private mentorship.
2. Eligibility
Vision to Venture is open to death workers across a range of roles, including death doulas, celebrants, educators, grief workers, funeral professionals, planners, and others working in death, dying and grief.
You do not need to be a Willow EOL Educator® to participate.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay the full purchase price shown at checkout.
If you select a six-month payment plan, you are committing to all six payments. The payment plan divides the purchase price into installments; it is not a month-to-month membership or subscription that can be cancelled before the balance is paid.
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed because a payment method has expired, been cancelled or replaced, or for another reason, the remaining balance is still owed. Willow may suspend access to the Program until outstanding payments are brought up to date.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase by emailing [email protected].
After the 14-day refund period, payments are non-refundable and any remaining installments on a payment plan remain due.
4. Program Access and Use
Your enrollment provides personal access to the Program and its materials. Your login and Program materials may not be shared with others.
Program materials are provided for your individual learning and professional development.
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as Willow continues to host and support Vision to Venture. Willow may update, revise, replace or retire individual materials as the Program evolves.
5. Intellectual Property
Program content, including videos, workbooks, templates, guides, transcripts, slides and other resources, is the intellectual property of Willow End-of-Life Education and Planning unless otherwise identified.
Program materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold or repurposed for commercial use without written permission from Willow.
6. Disclaimer
