Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or participating in the Vision to Venture Program (the “Program”), offered by Willow End-of-Life Education and Planning (“Willow,” “we,” or “us”). By registering for the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Overview
Vision to Venture is a 10-module business development course designed for end-of-life practitioners who wish to grow sustainable, soul-aligned practices. The Program includes:
- 10 recorded core modules
- 10 live training calls (with replays available)
- A comprehensive workbook
- Access to a supportive community of peers
The Program runs from October 1, 2025 to April 1 2026. The first Module is available when the cart opens in September, 2025. Participants will receive access to all course materials via the online learning platform.
2. Eligibility
This Program is open to all end-of-life practitioners, including but not limited to death doulas, celebrants, educators, grief workers, funeral professionals, and spiritual care providers. You do not need to be a Willow EOL Educator® to participate.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay the full amount as outlined on the registration page. Payment may be made in full or via an approved payment plan.
Refunds
If at any point before the release of the second module (on or before October 7th, 2025) you realize this isn't aligned with where you are right now, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected].
4. Program Access and Use
Your enrollment entitles you to personal access to the Program materials. You may not share your login, workbook, recordings, or any downloadable content with others.
Program content is for your individual learning and professional development only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited without written permission from Willow.
5. Community Guidelines
Participants agree to engage respectfully and constructively within all program spaces, including live sessions and any online communities.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program and/or its community spaces, without refund, for behavior that is harmful, disrespectful, or in violation of these guidelines.
6. Recordings and Consent
Live sessions will be recorded and shared with other program participants. By joining the Program, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, we encourage you to keep your camera off and participate via chat.
7. Intellectual Property
All Program content—including videos, workbooks, guides, and slides—is the intellectual property of Willow End-of-Life Education and Planning. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or repurpose any part of the Program for commercial use without express written consent.
8. Disclaimer
The Vision to Venture Program is an educational resource. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional consulting services.
We do not guarantee any specific business results or outcomes. Your success depends on your own effort, engagement, and circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow and its facilitators are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or injuries resulting from your participation in the Program.
