Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or participating in Vision to Venture | Guided Cohort (the “Program”), offered by Willow End-of-Life Education and Planning (“Willow,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

Vision to Venture | Guided Cohort is a 10-module business development program for death workers who want to build a clear, workable and sustainable business.

Your enrollment includes:

• The complete 10-module Vision to Venture curriculum
• Lifetime access to the curriculum for as long as Willow continues to host and support Vision to Venture
• Participation in the 2026–27 live Guided Cohort
• Access to live cohort sessions and their recordings
• Six months of access to The Willow Grove, including Coaching Circles, Willow Workshops, community meetups, and other Grove events offered during your membership period
• Curriculum resources, templates, transcripts, slide decks, and available AI tools and demonstrations

The live cohort begins October 7, 2026. Live sessions and other cohort activities take place according to the schedule provided by Willow. Scheduling may occasionally change, and participants will be notified of material changes.

2. The Willow Grove

Guided Cohort enrollment includes six months of access to The Willow Grove.

During your included membership period, you’ll have access to the Grove community, Coaching Circles, Willow Workshops, and any other meetups, events, or sessions offered to Grove members during that time.

At the end of the included six-month period, your complimentary Grove access will end. Continued participation in The Willow Grove requires a separate paid membership at the membership rate available at that time.

Purchasing the Guided Cohort does not automatically enroll you in a paid Grove membership after the included period ends.

3. Payment

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay the full purchase price shown at checkout.

If you select the six-month payment plan, you are committing to all six monthly payments. The payment plan divides the full purchase price into installments; it is not a month-to-month membership or subscription that can be cancelled before the balance is paid.

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed because a payment method has expired, been cancelled or replaced, or for another reason, the remaining balance is still owed. Willow may suspend access to the Program, Guided Cohort, and The Willow Grove until outstanding payments are brought up to date.

4. Refund Policy

If you decide within 14 days of purchase that Vision to Venture is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected].

After the 14-day refund period, payments are non-refundable and any remaining installments on the payment plan remain due.

If a refund is issued, access to the Program, Guided Cohort, and The Willow Grove provided through this purchase will end.

5. Program Access and Use

Your enrollment is for your individual use. You may not share your login, recordings, transcripts, templates, downloads, or other Program materials with others.

Program materials are provided for your individual learning and professional development. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of Program materials is prohibited without written permission from Willow.

6. Live Sessions and Recordings

Guided Cohort live sessions may be recorded and made available to other participants in the Guided Cohort and Mentorship Path.

By participating in a live session with your camera or microphone on, you understand that your image, voice, and contributions may appear in the recording.

If you prefer not to appear or be heard in a recording, you may keep your camera and microphone off and participate through chat where available.

7. Community Participation

Participants agree to engage respectfully and constructively in live sessions, The Willow Grove, and other Program spaces.

Willow reserves the right to restrict or remove access to community or live spaces when conduct is harmful, disruptive, or substantially violates community guidelines. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the Program.

8. Intellectual Property

All Vision to Venture content, including videos, recordings, transcripts, workbooks, templates, guides, slides, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Willow End-of-Life Education and Planning unless otherwise identified.

Program materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or repurposed for commercial use without written permission from Willow.

9. Educational Disclaimer

Vision to Venture is an educational business-development program. It does not provide legal, financial, accounting, medical, or mental health advice.

Willow does not guarantee specific business, financial, or client outcomes. Results vary according to each participant’s circumstances, decisions, implementation, and other factors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Willow and its facilitators will not be liable for losses or damages arising from participation in the Program or from business decisions made based on Program content.

11. Privacy

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Willow’s Privacy Policy.
