As you build your business, you’ll find prompts and guided AI exercises that help you explore your own thinking, notice patterns, work through decisions, develop ideas and practise conversations before you have them in the real world.
And because you bring your Vision to Venture work with you, the AI gets more useful as you go. You’re working with your vision, your people, your services and the decisions you’ve already made, rather than asking AI to build a generic business for you.

The Mentorship Path includes the full Guided Cohort experience, giving you time to learn, work through your ideas, make decisions, put them into practice, and keep building.
The next live cohort runs from October 7, 2026, to April 7, 2027, with sessions on Wednesdays at 4:30 PM Pacific.
Sessions are recorded if you can’t attend live.
Throughout the cohort, the live sessions take different forms depending on where we are in the work.
There are live module sessions where we talk through the ideas and decisions at the heart of each module.
Q&A sessions give you space to bring your questions, ideas and decisions into the conversation.
Working and integration sessions give you time to roll up your sleeves and work on your business with support around you.
And throughout it all, you’re building alongside other death workers who bring their own knowledge, experience, ideas and perspective to the conversation.
6 Months in The Willow Grove
The Mentorship experience extends beyond the V2V cohort sessions.
For six months, you’ll also be part of The Willow Grove, Willow’s community for death workers.
It’s another place to connect with people doing this work, bring your questions, share what you’re building, and keep learning alongside the community.
Your six months include access to:
- Coaching Circles
- Willow Workshops
- Grove meetups, events and special sessions
- Community conversations and peer connection
- Practical feedback and support as you build your business
The cohort gives you a group to build with. The Grove opens the door to the wider Willow community.
