No — this isn’t another certification. Vision to Venture is a business course designed to help you take the training and skills you already have and turn them into a sustainable, soul-aligned practice.

Not at all. You already have the heart, skills, and training to serve. What you need now is the structure and support to bring your practice into form. 

There are actually three ways to take in the lessons in the Vision to Venture Program and attending the live calls is just one of them. 

You can also:

• Watch a bite-sized recording (10–30 minutes).
  
• Watch the full recording of the hour-long live session that will be uploaded for replay.
  

To help you move through the lessons, you’ll also receive a beautifully-designed workbook filled with exercises so that you can turn your wisdom, training, and lived experience into a business that feels aligned, clear, and truly yours. You’ll also have opportunities to connect in community circles and ask your questions in between calls.

This course was created to offer ease and accessibility. Find the timing, rhythm, and learning style that fits your life and is right for you.

That’s entirely up to you — and that’s part of the beauty of it. You’ll have six full months to access all the materials, so you can learn at a pace that fits your life while still moving steadily toward your goals.

The course includes 10 live training sessions spread over the first 11 weeks, and many participants follow that schedule from start to finish.

But you’re also free to go slower, revisit lessons, or spend more time deepening your skills in the areas that matter most to you. Each session includes practical exercises and reflection work designed to help you turn insights into action.

Most participants complete the program between 3 and 6 months — and by the time they're done, they’re not just dreaming about their calling, they’re living it. They’ve designed services they’re proud of, found the words to talk about their work with confidence, and built a practice that truly reflects who they are. Your course access and community membership run through the 6-month program. After that, you’ll have the option to extend access and continue inside the Willow community (called The Willow Grove)with ongoing support calls and community connection for a monthly fee.

Yes. Vision to Venture was created for both people who are brand new and those who feel stuck at the starting line. Chances are, you already have plenty of end-of-life raining and experience — what’s missing is the roadmap to translate all of that into clarity, confidence, and your first (or first of many) client “yeses.”
