Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or participating in the Vision to Venture Program (the “Program”), offered by Willow End-of-Life Education and Planning (“Willow,” “we,” or “us”). By registering for the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

Vision to Venture is a 10-module business development course designed for end-of-life practitioners who wish to grow sustainable, soul-aligned practices. 

The Program runs from the date of purchase until the end of July 2026. 

Participants will receive access to all course materials via the online learning platform.

The Independent Path includes the following:

  • The complete curriculum of 10 recorded core modules
  • A comprehensive workbook with templates and guides
  • AI tools to help you write, name and refine your work
  • Lifetime access to all the materials.

The Guided Cohort includes all of the above plus:

  • 10 live training calls
  • Recordings of every call
  • Six months include the private Willow Community (called the Willow Grove)
  • Two group coaching sessions each month
  • Free Access to Willow Workshops during your time in the Grove
  • Access to a supportive community of peers

The Mentorship Path includes all of the above plus:

  • Six private 45-minute coaching calls 
  • Personalized feedback on your niche, offerings and message
  • Support around visibility, money stories, and identity shifts
  • Accountability to help you stay focused. 

2. Eligibility

This Program is open to all end-of-life practitioners, including but not limited to death doulas, celebrants, educators, grief workers, funeral professionals, and spiritual care providers. You do not need to be a Willow EOL Educator® to participate.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay the full amount as outlined on the registration page. Payment may be made in full or via an approved payment plan.

Refunds

If at any point before the end of two weeks after you register for this program, you realize this isn't aligned with where you are right now, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected]. After 14 days, no refunds will be given. 

4. Program Access and Use

Your enrollment entitles you to personal access to the Program materials. You may not share your login, workbook, recordings, or any downloadable content with others.

Program content is for your individual learning and professional development only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited without written permission from Willow.

5. Community Guidelines

Participants agree to engage respectfully and constructively within all program spaces, including live sessions and any online communities.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program and/or its community spaces, without refund, for behavior that is harmful, disrespectful, or in violation of these guidelines.

6. Recordings and Consent

Live sessions will be recorded and shared with other program participants in the Guided Cohort and the Mentorship Path. By joining the Program, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, we encourage you to keep your camera off and participate via chat.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program content—including videos, workbooks, guides, and slides—is the intellectual property of Willow End-of-Life Education and Planning. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or repurpose any part of the Program for commercial use without express written consent.

8. Disclaimer

The Vision to Venture Program is an educational resource. It is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional consulting services.

We do not guarantee any specific business results or outcomes. Your success depends on your own effort, engagement, and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow and its facilitators are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or injuries resulting from your participation in the Program.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Vision to Venture — Guided Cohort

The Guided Cohort gives you everything in the Vision to Venture curriculum plus live classes, community support, accountability circles, and six months inside The Grove — Willow’s community space for EOL practitioners. You don’t just learn the material; you integrate it with people who get it.

You’ll Receive:

  • All 10 Vision to Venture modules (video + audio)

  • Complete workbooks, templates, and tools

  • AI writing + brainstorming tools

  • Transcripts + slide decks

  • Lifetime access to all curriculum materials

PLUS:

  • 10 live teaching calls over 12 weeks (Wednesdays @ 4pm PT)

  • Recordings of every call (posted within 24–48 hours)

  • 6 months inside The Grove, including:

    • Monthly community coaching circles

    • Monthly marketing circles

    • Quarterly working sessions

    • Access to Willow Workshops

A safe, grounded place to ask questions, share progress & stay accountable

Registration closes January 28, 2026. We begin January 28 at 4:00 PM Pacific.
