You already know education matters.

You’ve watched what happens when people engage with their mortality before a crisis forces them to. You’ve seen the relief when someone finally names what matters to them, the shift when a family has the conversation they’d been putting off for years, the way a room changes when someone writes the letter they almost left unwritten. You know that workshops aren’t just outreach. They build the trust a brochure never can. They warm people toward the deeper work. They position you as someone people call when it matters most.

What you haven’t had is a structured way to bring that into rooms full of people — to educate at scale, to build visibility without chasing it, to generate income that doesn’t depend entirely on one-on-one work.

You’ve just been building from scratch. And that’s why it isn’t happening.

Building a good curriculum takes months. The research, the sequencing, the facilitation guides, the slide decks, the institutional proposals. By the time you have something ready to lead, you’ve spent more hours than the workshops will return in the first year. So the intention is real and the follow-through stalls on logistics. You lead one workshop, maybe two, and then the build quietly takes over again.

The Willow EOL Educator™ Program hands you twelve ready-to-lead Willow Workshops™ and puts you in front of your first audience.

“Having the Willow Workshops™ completely designed for me was bloody unbelievable. I am currently being paid to lead workshops in five assisted-living buildings. If I'd had to create them myself, I'd still be stuck in development. With their ground-breaking material, Willow made it easy to start making an impact and money right away.”

Willow EOL Educator™, Workshop Leader, Vigiling, Memorials, Life Reviews. Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

This program is for you if

You're ready to lead, and you need the materials to do it.

You feel called to bring end-of-life education into your community and you want curriculum that's already been tested in hundreds of rooms, so you're not figuring it out as you go.

Maybe you're already supporting families and want to add workshops as a visibility engine and scalable income stream. Maybe you're earlier in the journey and this is how you're going to build your practice from the ground up. Maybe you've been meaning to add education for years and the only thing that's stopped you is not having something ready to lead.

What all of these have in common: you're ready to lead, and you need the materials to do it.

“What sets Willow apart from others in the industry is how comfortable and relatable the workshops and tools are for people who are hesitant to engage in end-of-life planning. Even in my Certified CareDoula program, where we have our own community-education platform, I encourage my own students to join the Willow EOL Educator™ Program as well. Since its inception, I've been so impressed with the quality material that the Willow team has produced.”

What you get

Twelve Willow Workshops™, ready to lead.

Each one comes with a complete facilitator guide, slide deck, and script, tested in hundreds of rooms and refined over years of real delivery. The workshops cover the topics that open people up: procrastination and planning, legacy and values, advance care, the practical and the profound. Every one of them is designed to open hearts and move participants into action, not just give them information to take home and think about. This is what sets Willow Workshops™ apart from clinical presentations and logistics-focused sessions. Participants leave changed, not just informed.

Beyond the workshops themselves, you're also authorized to use Willow's tools, products, and exercises with your individual and family clients — as you see fit, with proper credit. The curriculum you're getting isn't just for the front of the room.

The material is yours to make your own. You're not reading from a script word for word. You're taking a fully built workshop and bringing your voice, your language, and your years of experience to it. There's even a lesson inside the program on exactly how to do that. The Terms of Engagement, which you'll review before you ever lead a single session, lay out clearly what you can adapt and what stays intact. You can read them Terms of Engagement link — TBD You'll know exactly what you're working with before you begin.

And you don't have to wait until you've completed the full program to start leading. Once you've completed a short assessment confirming you understand the Terms of Engagement, the curriculum is yours to use. Seasoned facilitators are often in front of their first audience within weeks of joining.

You own these materials for life. No monthly fee to keep using what you've already learned. No renewal required to walk into a room and lead.

The workshops work in more contexts than you might expect.

  • Living rooms and community centers
  • Senior centers and spiritual communities
  • Funeral homes and financial planning firms
  • Your own group coaching practice
  • Hospices and care facilities
  • One community at a time, no pitching required

This is the visibility strategy that doesn't feel like marketing.

Beyond the curriculum

Six months of live support.

Frequency TBD

Regular live Willow Workshops™ led by our team, so you can experience the material as a participant and deepen your own facilitation instincts.

Two group coaching sessions every month covering the materials, your questions, and how to build the practice around what you're leading.

A monthly networking and peer support call.

Email support whenever you need it.

You'll also get real opportunities to practice leading over Zoom, with others in the program, facilitated by Shawn (Kya) Supers, Willow EOL Educator™ and Certified Advanced Care Planning Facilitator. This isn't a rehearsal. It's the real thing, in a supported environment, before you go solo.

At the end of six months, you have the option to continue in the Willow Grove, Willow's community space for ongoing practice, coaching, new materials, and connection with educators who understand this work, for $99 a month. Staying is a choice, not a requirement. The curriculum doesn't go anywhere either way.

You'll also be listed in the Willow Educator Directory, visible to everyone who visits the Willow website and is looking for someone who does this work near them.

Your journey

Six months. Four phases. One real audience.

The program is six months long, cohort-based, and begins at the end of January. It's structured in four phases, each one building on the last. Here's what that actually looks like.

🌱 Get oriented and get clear.

Before you lead anything, you get grounded in Willow's philosophy, the community you've joined, and the agreements that govern how you'll use the material. You'll set personal goals, find an accountability partner, and understand exactly what it means to be a Willow EOL Educator™. This phase is shorter than the others. Its job is to make sure you're standing on solid ground before you take your first step forward.

🌿 Find your voice inside the material.

This is where you get inside the workshops. You'll familiarize yourself with the scripts, develop your own facilitation style, and practice leading in a supported environment. You'll learn how to create the conditions for real conversation, how to hold space when participants go somewhere vulnerable, and how to work with a room rather than just present to it. By the end of this phase, the material feels like yours.

🍃 Grow your impact.

Learn how to integrate Willow Workshops™ into your professional practice or build a new practice from the ground up. Discover proven strategies for identifying opportunities, marketing your services, pricing your offers, and building a client base that resonates with your unique approach.

🌳 Lead, for real.

The culminating phase is built around actual delivery. You'll lead workshops to real audiences, supported by the community and the Willow team. You'll bring together everything from the previous three phases and discover what you're capable of when you have the right materials, the right preparation, and the right people behind you. This is what you joined for.

“Willow stands apart with its approach to tackle in-depth issues beyond just creating a plan. Before joining Willow, I struggled to redesign my future health care planning workshops that could reach a wider audience. I now feel confident in promoting and delivering Willow Workshops™ that inspire participants to take meaningful steps in their end-of-life planning. Hearing participants share how the workshops motivated them to create plans and communicate with future caregivers has been incredibly rewarding.”

“Once I found Willow I just stopped looking at other places! I started my own death-coaching business and was overwhelmed with all I needed to prepare for my clients. I really didn't know where to start to help folks plan for their best death, both practically and emotionally. When I found Willow, I discovered that they'd already done the legwork and I didn't need to reinvent the wheel! Now I'm much better equipped to help folks with their plans, particularly their emotional journey as they face their deaths. I don't know of any other company that has such a complete and integrated toolbox.”
