When can I start to use Willow materials in my practice/ business?
You can begin to use Willow materials in your practice / business once you are a Licensed Willow EOL Educator®. As per the Willow EOL Educator® Program License Agreement that you accept at the time of purchase, your License will be granted upon your successful completion of the Licensing Requirements of the Willow EOL Educator® Program. These requirements can be fulfilled in as little as two weeks after the Program start date.
What happens if I cannot attend any of the required sessions?
Sessions are scheduled on both weekends and weekdays so that most folks can find sessions that suit their time schedule. If however, the schedule still doesn’t work for you, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For how long do I have permission to use Willow’s materials in my practice?
As per the Willow EOL Educator® Program License Agreement that you accept at the time of purchase, you have our permission to use Willow’s materials for one year from the date of your attend your first workshop (known as your Effective Date). After your one year term, you’ll have the option to renew your License monthly.
Are the workshops that I can attend, recorded?
Willow’s approach to learning and development is experiential and interactive. The Willow Workshops® will never be recorded, and some of the Office Hours (business development) sessions may be recorded. Since all Willow sessions include information sharing, solo reflection, pair sharing, as well as small-group and whole-group exploration and conversation, recordings would not capture the value of what participants are experiencing.
What is the renewal fee?
The renewal fee is $99/month.
Can I still use my own brand?
Yes! Inside the Willow EOL Educator® Program, we’ll provide you with clear guidelines about how you can co-brand promotions and program delivery in different situations. Our intention is to do as much as we can to fully support you and your practice / business. Tools and guidance to support the co-existence of your brand and our brand are provided in the detailed Terms of Engagement.
Can I modify the Willow Workshops® to suit my own style and practice?
Yes! Within limits you can modify the content of the Willow Workshops® to reflect your style, voice and audience. The Terms of Engagement lay out clearly what you can and cannot do.
Can I use Willow materials inside my practice / business if I’m not a Licensed Willow EOL Educator®?
Willow materials are for personal use only with the exception of Licensed Willow EOL Educators®. This means that if you are not a Willow EOL Educator® you are welcome to direct others to download or purchase their own copy of a Willow product or tool for their personal use only. You may resell the 7 Tools Workbook or give it away to your people. However, you may not use any Willow materials inside your practice / business unless you are a Licensed Willow EOL Educator®. Only Willow EOL Educators® have the right to use Willow Materials in their practice / business.
Can we incorporate Willow Workshop®, products, and tools into our organization’s programming?
Yes! An organization of any type can assign one person (employee or contractor) to enroll in the Educator Program and then, once licensed, that person can use Willow’s intellectual property to augment the organization’s offerings including volunteer, staff and board development, customer care, and community outreach. I’m employed by an organization. Can I be a Willow EOL Educator in my workplace?
Yes, you sure can! In this case, your organization will hold the license and you will be the person assigned to use Willow’s intellectual property as you and your colleagues see fit. Contact us at [email protected] to talk about next steps.

Yes! Our EOL education journey started with us designing and delivering in-person workshops and then we pivoted to online delivery with the onset of the pandemic. Each workshop has two distinct scripts. One for Zoom and one for in-person delivery.
What are Willow’s plans to create new Willow Workshops® and materials?
We can’t wait to offer you more materials (products, tools, and Willow Workshops®) to use in your practice, and are interested in your ideas!
How can I learn more?
- Deliver Willow Workshops® in their original integrity (in their original form or with minimal adaptations).
- Use exercises and activities from Willow Workshops® as you deem appropriate inside your practice / business.
