Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing The Death Worker Summit: All-Access Pass (the “All-Access Pass”), offered by Willow End-of-Life Education and Planning (“Willow,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing the All-Access Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. All-Access Pass Overview

The All-Access Pass includes lifetime access to summit presentation recordings, speaker resources, bonuses, and included All-Access Pass sessions through Willow’s online learning platform.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

By purchasing the All-Access Pass, you agree to pay the amount shown on the checkout page.

If, within 14 days of your purchase, you realize the All-Access Pass is not what you expected, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected].

After 14 days, no refunds will be given.

3. Access and Use

Your purchase provides personal access to the All-Access Pass materials. You may not share your login, recordings, downloads, or speaker resources with others.

4. Live Sessions and Recordings

Some live sessions may be recorded and shared with All-Access Pass holders. By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear in a recording, you may keep your camera off and participate via chat.

5. Intellectual Property

All summit materials remain the intellectual property of Willow or the applicable speaker or content creator. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or resold without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The Death Worker Summit and All-Access Pass are educational resources. They are not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.

We do not guarantee any specific business or professional outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow and Summit speakers are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in the summit or use of All-Access Pass materials.
